Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
• Shipping Methods: Available options are presented at checkout. Please select your preferred method.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a full refund.

Return Conditions
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Apparel should only be tried on for fit. Bib shorts and tights must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
• Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for items over $75 CAD.

Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Contact us at info@tennis.bike with your order details and reason for return.
2. Ship Items: Once we confirm, send the items to:

3. Refund: After we receive and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
• Please return the original item following the return process above.
• Place a new order for the desired item.

This approach ensures faster processing and availability.
